  • Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

    No. There is no re-entry permitted once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the festival grounds.

  • Is the festival 18 & up?

    Yes! Metamorphosis Music Festival is 18 & up only. All attendees may be asked to provide a valid ID upon entry. 

  • Are lockers available?

    Yes. Lockers and mobile charging stations will be available on-site for attendees who wish to securely store personal belongings and keep devices charged throughout the weekend.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes. On-site parking will be available for $20 cash per vehicle.


    Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available and will have designated drop-off and pick-up areas upon entering the festival grounds.


  • What happens if it rains?

    Metamorphosis Music Festival is a rain-or-shine event.


    All sales are final and no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.


  • Are there recommended hotels nearby?

    Yes. Hotel partners and recommended lodging options are here!


  • Are pets allowed?

    No. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside the festival.

    Service animals trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

  • When will the festival map be released?

    The official festival map will be released closer to the event date and will be available on the website and social media channels.


  • Allowed Items

    • The following items are permitted inside the festival:
    • One factory-sealed bottle of water
    • Empty hydration packs, reusable water bottles, or Nalgene bottles
    • Blankets or beach towels (maximum size 8' x 8')
    • Cell phones and portable chargers
    • Clear bags (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12")
    • Sunscreen lotion
    • Deodorant
    • E-cigarettes and personal vaporizers
    • Ear plugs
    • Fanny packs and small hip bags
    • Feminine hygiene products (sealed upon entry)
    • Flow toys and totems
    • Hand sanitizer (under 2 oz.)
    • Medical face coverings
    • Non-professional cameras
    • Personal misting fans (must be empty upon entry)
    • Prescription medications
    • Rain ponchos
    • Service animals
    • Small single-compartment bags

  • Prohibited Items

    • The following items are not permitted:
    • Alcohol or outside beverages
    • Coolers, cans, cups, flasks, or ice
    • Outside food
    • Pets or animals (excluding service animals)
    • Glass containers
    • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Self-defense sprays
    • Fireworks, explosives, or flammable devices
    • Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
    • Professional photography, video, or audio equipment without credentials
    • Selfie sticks
    • Skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles
    • Wagons or carts
    • Tents, canopies, umbrellas, or lawn chairs
    • Large backpacks, duffel bags, or oversized bags
    • Spray paint
    • Flyers, stickers, or unauthorized promotional materials
    • Lasers or laser pointers
    • Instruments, megaphones, horns, or amplified noisemakers
    • Costumes resembling law enforcement or public safety uniforms
    • Large chains or spiked jewelry
    • Face coverings intended to conceal identity
    • Any item deemed unsafe by festival staff or security

    The Box Office and Will Call will be located near the main festival entrance.


    Attendees must arrive at the venue to access the Box Office.
